What's the minimum budget to get started?
Spot technical consultation starts at ¥15,000/hour, and development work starts from a ¥600,000 PoC/MVP small-start. The first 30-minute consult and the estimate are free. If you have a budget cap, I'll propose what's achievable within it.
Will there be surprise costs along the way?
Fixed-scope and small-start work use fixed quotes, so there are no extra costs within the agreed scope. If new requirements come up, I always present them as a separate estimate and get your approval before proceeding — no budget-overrun risk.
What are the payment terms and deposit?
Fixed-scope work is typically 30% deposit + 70% on delivery, but the deposit can be split. Monthly advisory is month-end close, paid the following month-end. Corporate transactions incur withholding tax (10.21%). Let's discuss the specifics.
